• Your account credentials — username, password, and OTP — must never be shared with any third party.
• Buying, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
• Any suspicion of unauthorized login or account access must be reported to mida402 Support immediately.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to another member's account will result in permanent account closure.

Deposits and withdrawals on mida402 must follow specific rules. These rules are in place to prevent money laundering and to protect members' financial interests.

• Minimum deposit is ৳500 and minimum withdrawal is ৳200.
• Deposits must be made from a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your own name.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in your own name and linked to your registered mobile number.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Depositing from or withdrawing to another person's account is strictly prohibited.
• If you wish to withdraw a deposit without placing any bets, mida402 may carry out additional verification.

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed, cancelled, or reversed.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the bet is voided and the stake is returned.
• If a match is abandoned mid-way, settlement will follow mida402's established policy — bets generally remain valid once a specified number of overs or a set time period has been completed.
• If a bet is suspended due to a technical issue, mida402's decision is final.
• Placing bets against yourself using two or more accounts (arbitrage betting) is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets through match manipulation or the use of insider information is illegal and will result in permanent account closure.

To benefit from mida402's bonus program, the specific conditions attached to each bonus must be met. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — the required turnover must be completed first.

• The turnover requirements for each bonus are clearly stated on the bonus offer page.
• If you withdraw before meeting the turnover requirement, the bonus will be forfeited.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• If any individual attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the bonuses forfeited.
• Systematically abusing bonuses ("bonus hunting") may result in mida402 cancelling bonuses and restricting your account.

Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If the turnover requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be automatically forfeited. Extensions are not available.

Mida402 is committed to maintaining a fair environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
• Placing bets using any bot, script, or automated tool.
• Intentionally placing bets to exploit platform errors or incorrect odds.
• Threatening, harassing, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other members.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity.

Members may temporarily suspend or permanently delete their own account. mida402 also reserves the right to close accounts when necessary.

• Members who wish to close their account must submit a written request to Support.
• Your balance must be cleared before account closure — any remaining funds will be refunded.
• Requests to re-register or open a new account during a cooling-off or self-exclusion period will not be accepted.
• mida402 may close an account without prior notice for any breach of its rules.

Mida402 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. Responsible gaming isn't just a policy for us — it's reflected in every feature we build.

• Members can set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• A cooling-off period (24 hours to 6 weeks) can be set.
• A self-exclusion request will lock your account for the specified duration.

• Temporary service disruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
